Slippery or unable to pull

 

The light and slippery degrees are poor after matching. The general reason is that the zipper size is too large, which causes the zipper size not matching with the slider size. The most common immovable phenomenon of nylon zippers is generally caused by the tooth of the cloth belt of the zipper. It can be seen from the back of the human zipper that the cloth belt covers the chain teeth, and the cloth seam of the combined zipper is very tight with almost no gap. Finally, after comparing and measuring the zippers, they found that the zipper specifications were quite different, and they realized that it was caused by different zipper specifications. Therefore, when matching pullers, we should pay attention that different specifications cannot be mixed.

 

In the matching process of plastic zipper and zipper head, people often pay attention to the lightness and smoothness and think that the looser the feeling is the best, but ignore its negative effect. If the zipper head is too loose on the zipper, it may not burst when it is pulled normally, but it is easy to burst when the zipper is folded and pulled, and it will also affect the load pull times, so pay attention to the matching. Generally, the zipper specification of 0.2mm is appropriate, and the lightness and smoothness can refer to the industry standard.

 

Loss of lock

 

Loss of lock is also a common problem. In case of loss of lock after matching, first, confirm whether the spring leaf and needle lock of the puller are normal. If the spring leaf is too weak or has no elasticity, the needle lock will lose its function. Secondly, pay attention to baking paint. If the baking paint is too thick or uneven, the needle lock will become larger if the paint layer on the needle lock is too thick. If the needle lock cannot enter the stop point of the chain tooth, it will lose its lock, or if the paint layer is too thick, it will solidify on both sides of the cap of the puller. If the spring plate is stuck, the needle lock will lose its lock if it cannot bear the force.

 

If the pull head is normal, we need to confirm whether the specification of the plastic zipper is standard. If the specification of the zipper is too large or too small, the locking function will be affected. The single-width standard of the plastic zipper is particularly important, and special attention should be paid to it.
